~ Answer to Question 2: Notice that man is condemned by God, not because he sins, but because he has not believed in God's Son, Jesus Christ! When Christ died on the cross, He died for every sin every person has ever committed. All sins have already been paid for! That is why God condemns people, not for sinning against Him, but for rejecting Him and His Forgiveness in Christ Jesus, His Son! That is also why babies go to heaven without ever coming to know Christ. God, in His grace, has already paid for their sins through His Son. and opens heaven's gate for babies who die.
